Good Day? Bad Day?

After a week FULL of Doctors and hospitals, Ethan will FINALLY have the wood that has been stuck in his hand since Sunday cut out tomorrow! This has been a week full of stress, pain, and more stress for the whole family. First, finding a doctor in the Atlanta area who does hand surgery on a child is slim to none. So if you’re thinking of a way to make money…. becoming a pediatric hand surgan is the way to go. Next, the doctors couldn’t decide wether or not to take the wood out of Ethan’s hand while it was infected, or wait on it to heal. Well, the surgery will actually be tomorrow (Friday the 9th) at 4:00. Please keep him in your prayers. He has been so tough so far. But, I know everyone is ready to get back to life as they knew it….Speaking of, my poor Aunt Martha has been really sick since December. She may have 2 or 3 good days in a row, but that’s all. Well, she had sinus surgery done today and is feeling much better already. I asked her what her pain was on a scale from 1 - 10 (you know like the doctors do :) her pain was a ZERO!!! That’s the first time I’ve heard that in months! Yay for Ms. Martha! Hope you are ALL Better soon!! Oh yeah, here’s another story that I heard the other day. Mama told me about my cousin Daniel who was playing outside… he steped on a bone… the bone went through the bottom of his shoe, through his foot, and came out the top of his foot! He had to be taken to the Emergency room (after his dad pulled the bone out) he was given a tetanus shot and is now on crutches…. And you thought you were having a bad day
